The Whirlwind of Change

Today marks day two of the new boss, and day two with so much going on that lunch break just didn’t happen. I’m going to need to get hold of that before it does some damage. While I’m energized – it’s the injection of hope into a situation where there wasn’t any prospect of anything but same-old – I can’t maintain that kind of pace. I’m feeling it now – the brain is active but the body is sending out loud “down time will happen soon” signals.

Of course, good things happening on the day job also means less room to squeeze in writing, although so far I’m managing. Got a few hundred words in today before the whirlwind – or possibly Dyson – of change hit.

Interesting times…
